Dan Filmer Photographer’s latest project features Willy Paes, a talented local artist whose work is recognised across the region. While Willy Paes may not be a household name, his distinctive art is well-known and admired throughout the area.

This collaboration allowed us to capture Willy Paes’ unique creative vision through authentic, documentary-style photography infused with artistic flair. We focused on telling true stories through imagery, photographing him in his creative environment, surrounded by his artwork, and revealing the passion and process behind each piece. The resulting images blend intimate portraits with details of his art, creating a compelling visual narrative that showcases both the artist and his creations.
